Norway-based photographer Xin Li creates images with an emotional depth to them. Whether she shoots a straightforward portrait of a young woman or a close-up shot of an object, the photographer evokes a sense of serenity and somberness while adding an element of intrigue. There is a story being told in each image that leaves the viewer wanting to know more.
Having embarked on a 52 Photo Project (a weekly photo challenge), the 18-year-old has managed to balance her full-time school schedule with her passion for photography. With only a few weeks left until she's completed her high school studies, she continues to churn out image after image each week that highlight her imaginative nature. Her growing collection of images rich with narrative, emotion, and surreal undertones leaves us eager to see what's to come from the young photographer.
